MJR Strategy Group is more than a creative agency—we’re a collective of visionaries united by purpose, culture, and a passion for helping brands thrive. Founded by Ryan Jones, Jaquan Cordova, Jayden Brooks, and Mseba Hassani, our company was born from an intersection of talent, ambition, and community. We met through the Black Male Initiative (BMI), a transformative leadership program aimed at empowering young Black men, and quickly discovered a shared love for design, branding, and storytelling.

During a collaborative internship, we realized that while each of us brought a unique creative strength to the table, our visions aligned: to build a culturally-driven, strategy-led creative agency that uplifts underrepresented brands and businesses with bold, intentional design. What started as late-night brainstorming sessions has evolved into a full-service creative agency dedicated to helping brands find their voice, define their identity, and stand out in crowded markets.

Each member of MJR Strategy Group brings their own set of strengths, but together, we create something greater than the sum of our parts.

• Ryan Jones is a brand strategist and marketing expert with a strong foundation in business management. He leads with a sharp eye for positioning and market growth.

• Jaquan Cordova is our web designer and UI/UX specialist, skilled in creating clean, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences that convert.

• Jayden Brooks is a graphic designer focused on logo design and brand identity. His work is recognized for its elegance, clarity, and creativity.

• Mseba Hassani is a storyteller and strategist with a gift for articulating brand narratives and market differentiation.
